Overview
The general conditions of sale apply to bookings on our website www.freddie-tours.com. They are an integral part of any contract between Freddie Tours Sàrl and its customers.
By booking a service on the website www.freddie-tours.com, the customer accepts the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale and without any modification and in their entirety.
Conditions of purchase
Freddie Tours Sàrl reserves the right to cancel one of its tours in case of force majeure, sudden and unforeseeable unavailability of the guide, or in case of insufficient number of participants.
In case of cancellation at the initiative of Freddie Tours Sàrl, Freddie Tours Sàrl will inform the participant concerned by e-mail or by telephone (via the e-mail or telephone number given by the client at the time of booking), will offer him/her to postpone to other dates or, if necessary, will proceed to a full refund of the booking.
Once payment has been made by the customer, booking are definitive. No refund can be requested if the participant, for example, cannot take part in the tour. Whenever possible, Freddie Tours Sàrl, will make the necessary agreements with the customer to change the date of booking and offer an alternative.
Montreux Riviera Card
It is the responsibility of the person making the reservation to ensure that all registered participants are Montreux Riviera Card holders.
In order to benefit from the advantages of the "Montreux Riviera Card" (-50% on your Freddie Tour), it is imperative to tick the "Montreux Riviera Card" checkbox on the booking form available on the website www.freddie-tours.com. This will automatically calculate the price of your guided tour.
If, for any reason, a person having booked a Freddie Tour with the special "Montreux Riviera Card" discount is not able to present a valid "Montreux Riviera Card" on the day of their Freddie Tour, the difference in price will have to be paid to the guide in cash (CHF, € or $).
If the "Montreux Riviera Card" box is not checked, and the person or group who made the booking later obtains a "Montreux Riviera Card", no refund for the price difference can be requested.
It is therefore essential to check the information provided before finalising your booking.

Customer's obligation during the guided tour
Prior to the start of the Freddie Tour, the guide will give safety instructions which the participant agrees to listen to and follow scrupulously throughout the tour. In case of non-compliance with any of these instructions, Freddie Tours Sàrl reserves the right to exclude the participant from the guided tour, without being able to claim or demand a refund.
During the guided tour, Freddie Tours Sàrl also reserves the right to exclude a participant in case of behaviour deemed inappropriate, immoral, disrespectful and/or unacceptable. If the guided tour is interrupted or shortened by a participant, for any reason whatsoever, the other participants cannot claim a refund.
Content of the guided tour
The content and structure of the guided tours provided by Freddie Tours Sàrl are protected by copyright.
Failure to comply with this prohibition may result in the immediate termination of the guided tour for the offending participant without the right to claim or demand a refund.
Any reproduction, representation or distribution, in its entirety or in part, of the content of the guided tours, of any of their elements (texts, photos, anecdotes, places visited, etc.) or of the route travelled for commercial or promotional purposes, on a website or blog is strictly forbidden.
In order to prevent theft, the audioguides used by Freddie Tours Sàrl are equipped with an alarm that automatically activates when they are too far away from the rest of the group. The audioguide is also unusable without the presence of the guide who triggers the the diffusion of the various information. The content inside the audioguide is therefore protected and cannot be played without the guide.
During the guided tour
Freddie Tours Sàrl cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the personal belongings of the participant who is entirely responsible for his or her belongings during the tour. In order to enjoy this attraction in the best conditions, we invite you to come only with the bare necessities. No personal objects of any kind may be left or kept during the visit by Freddie Tours Sàrl or its guide.
The duration of the guided tour is only given as an indication. It will depend on the walking rhythm of the group as well as on the questions and interactions of the participants with the guide during the excursion. Delays may therefore occur. In this case Freddie Tours Sàrl cannot be held responsible for the consequences.
We also strongly advise participants to bring a bottle of water or a refreshing drink.
Any recording or photograph taken by the guide or a representative of Freddie Tours Sàrl during the guided tour may be used for promotional or commercial purposes on behalf of Freddie Tours Sàrl. Under no circumstances can the participant claim any financial compensation. On simple request, the participant can, for example, ask at the beginning of the guided tour not to be photographed or filmed.
Services of Freddie Tours
Freddie Tours reserves the right to modify the route or tour itinerary (e.g. in case of road works). Changing the itinerary of a guided tour does not give right to a reduction or refund.
Freddie Tours Sàrl cannot be held responsible for the defects of the service providers (transport company, etc.), for incidents, accidents, bodily injury and material damage occurring during the excursion to and from the area of the guided tour.
Prices
The prices shown on the website www.freddie-tours.com are net prices in Swiss francs (CHF). They include VAT. The current rates are those published on the www.freddie-tours.com.
Freddie Tours Sàrl reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, the price appearing on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
